how to make a complaint
I keep getting my posts removed it seems, so I am going to have to take it the corporate route. Xfinity Customer service is very, very inadequate to still be collecting roughly $3000 a year for 17 years from. I will be escalating my issues in any forum I can find online to discourage new people to join this company.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
