How do I activate Peacock with the 1 gig internet bundle?

I have tried acivating it, but there is never an "Activate" button and if I try to log into peacocktv.com it forces me to sign up again for a monthly payment. 

How do I log into Peackcocktv.com with my free account and watch shows in my browser??

I am just in a loop trying to activate this, there is not a button to take me to any kind of sign up process at xfinity.com, it just shows a box for peacock that says "Included" and that is all.

I tried that, but there is no "Activate" button that ever shows up. Per the first posting, it shows a green checkmark, but there is no way to activate it, trying to log in at Peacocktv.com forces me to pick a plan to subscribe to.

@user_aeaj7f Got it, and thanks for sharing the screenshots. They really help. Okay try to activate it next with this https://customer.xfinity.com/activate-peacock link. It should show you the sub and allow you to activate there as well. Try it now and tell me the results.

Can we please get a fix for this? This issue has been present for over a month, and Peacock is only redeemable for a certain amount of time. This is super negligent, bordering on malicious to not allow customers to activate their Peacock subscription.

bubbasully15 Thank you for your feedback. We are aware of this known issue and working with Peacock on a solution. At this time there is no official work around but I have seen users reach out directly to Peacock and sometimes a ticket will be submitted for a code from Peacock.

Anything yet?  I also should be receiving Peacock with my new internet subscription but cannot activate it.  This has been going on for weeks.  I keep receiving emails from xfinity with links to activate my free peacock subscription that either do not work at all or take me to a page to pay for a subscription.   https://customer.xfinity.com/activate-peacock link works about half the time and the other half it tells me I am not eligible.  

This is not a great look for you for new subscribers, is this the kind of service I should expect from Xfinity going forward?  Maybe I should switch back to my previous provider while I still can.

I am also having this issue. Just called and ran through different troubleshooting with no success. Moved addresses and brought my service with me so didn't expect to have to reactivate, however, now I don't want to lose my offer as it should be active until July of 2027.

At top of my dashboard it still says, "Last Chance! Activate Peacock Premium by Friday to stream Sunday Night Football, Jurassic World Rebirth, and more - at no extra cost.   Activate now!". When I click that or go to 'activate-peacock' it tells me I'm not eligible or it takes me to streaming packages.

I've gone to 'Streaming Subscriptions' and 'Activate-Peacock' with no success. Agent I spoke with reset/refreshed my service, although not sure what that would have done.

Thank you for the steps you took and for the time spent working on this,, @etak28. This is part of a known issue that our engineering team is working on. Activation will not be possible until their work is done. I apologize that you can't kick back and enjoy the content just yet! We do not have an estimate of when this will be fixed but will update this thread when we you can try activation again.
