Free peacock access

Our subscriptions list and monthly bill says that free Peacock is included.  However, when we go to the Peacock site, it tells us to buy a plan.  We contacted a Peacock employee who tried to match all the possible emails we have to their user database.  None of them showed up. The last time we accessed Peacock was around the time when Peacock was first introduced, and it was free on XFinity.  We never had to create a sign on.  Can you please help us access the free Peacock Premium that xFinity has been offering us since 2023–which we never could access?  Thanks.

Yes I have.  It asks for name and payment info—since we have never subscribed to Peacock, name and payment info does not exist in their records.
