Failure to bury cable line

I  have recently moved into a new home and attempted to transfer my xfinity service. The first problem arose when the new property did not offer service and a new cable line reportedly needed to be buried.Despite being told multiple times by the person, initiating the transfer service request that the new property was all set up for services. The first time the cable burial attempt was conducted. The technician put the line in the incorrect location, and it was inoperable. A second technician came out to run a temporary line from the correct cable box to the home.To ensure that we had internet access, while we waited for the new cable burial to be completed. At that time, the technician who installed our temporary line scheduled a new appointment for a cable burial service, which ultimately went uncompleted. Since this time, I have contacted xfinity.Customer service at least four times to request a new cable burial appointment to be made. Each time the customer service representative confirms that the new cable burial appointment has been made and provides me with an appointment confirmation number as proof. Each time the cable burial technician has failed to show up and I have called back to xfinity.Who either states that the appointment was put in wrong?Or never put in to begin with. I am growing extremely frustrated with this process and seriously considering leaving xfinity. If this does not improve by the time my contract expires.

Hello @user_u5bu3k We'd be more than happy to check the status of your cable burial and see what needs to be done to get it completed for you. Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address to get started.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
