Failure to bury cable line
I recently moved in a new home a month ago and attempted to transfer xfinity services to this new home. The first issue was that xfinity did not have a cable line buried at this new home.Despite insisting that they did at the time that I transferred service. When the time came to schedule a cable burial, the first time, the technician buried the cable in the incorrect location.So I did not work. A service technician installed a temporary line so that we could have internet at our property approximately a month ago and stated that a new burial request would be needed, which he put in that day. Since then, i have had to call xfinity support for separate occasions to try to get someone to come out to bury the cable line and it has been unsuccessful every time. No technician has come out to bury the cable line. Despite me, speaking with a customer service representative and having them schedule a new appointment with confirmation number on four different occasions.
