Equipment update page not working
When attempting to trade in my old modem, the equipment update page produces the error: "Looks like something went wrong. Please reload the page and try again"
Please let me know how I can update this device.

Hello @user_m3uvgl. I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble getting your modem swapped out. One way you can upgrade your modem is by going to the closest Xfinity store and they will do that swap for you in the store. Another option is we can assist you with getting one ordered and mailed to you. We are happy to help you with whichever way is easiest for you.
