Equipment setup not working
Hello, I’m trying to set up my new modem and it’s requiring me to download the app. However when I try to log in it says “access not authorized.” I have an account and I went through it all at a store near me so I’m not sure what the issue is.

Hello @SkyeLeber1 When setting up the account you should have been prompted to create a password for the account. If you have done all the standard forgot username or forgot password options, and it is still not letting you in then we can see what is listed on file for the username information.
