Entirely too many service interruptions

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the recent rate increase applied to my internet service combined with a noticeable and ongoing decline in service quality.

Over the past several months, my internet service has deteriorated significantly. I am experiencing frequent (multiple times per day at times) intermittent outages, and unreliable performance that makes it difficult to maintain internet use and most importantly get work done as my husband and I are remote employees and require our internet services to be reliable several days per week. This level of service is unacceptable, especially after your company has recently raised my monthly rate.

@user_hbwggq Hello and thanks for reaching out to us. As someone who relies heavily on my internet I know its very important especially working remote to have reliable consistent service. As far as your rate goes when promos expire plans usually go to everyday pricing, but we can look into any promos possibly available. Have you checked our website when experiencing service interruptions to see if it's been reported?
