I am traveling & wish to disconnect on 25 th Dec. My billing cycle begins on 10 th . Can I pay pro-rata for 15 days or should I cancel on or before the beginning of billing cycle

Thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums @user_0144b9. Our team would be happy to help. To answer your question, your account will be prorated for the time you use the service. If your billing cycle runs 12/10 to 1/9, and you disconnect on 12/25, you will get credits back from 12/26 to 1/9. The final bill usual prints within 2 weeks of your disconnection. If you have made an overpayment we will either refund the credit card on file or send out a paper check within 30 days. We will not send a refund till all equipment has been returned.
