Customer Service

You customer service is hands down the worst I have ever experienced. I spent the better part of the day trying to get a technician scheduled. However it was impossible to get past the chat bot gestapo. There needs to be a way to get to a human to assist. I ended up calling and choosing to disconnect my service. This was the only way to get help. Terrible!
