Customer service and help
On line help stinks was in the middle and was disconnected several times. Called and believe it or not got someone I could understand. My streaming channels quit working. The first rep said they were doing some resetting of some things and checked a couple of things. She said that it would take an hour to reset all, and that I would get a call back.
I did get a call back but that rep hung up before even asking the first question.
I guess when you are the only game in town it doesn't matter if customers are taken care of.
Raise the monthly bill and eliminate as much as you can
