Constant emails even when unsubscribed from all newsletters?

Hello,

 

I have been receiving Xfinity emails weekly (and sometimes more) even though I have unsubscribed and opted out of all advertising options. Things like the newsletter and the flex streaming advertisements still reach me, and it's very frustrating. Is there anything I can do to get rid of these?? I hate having clutter in my email, especially when I should be able to unsubscribe. Very frustrating
