Complaint regarding Comcast xfinity

I made a appointment to fix my connections, appointment was made for 06/08/26 I received many texts from Comcast xfinity to confirm my appointment, the day of the appointment received a couple more texts stating the tech was on the way, got another text saying sorry we missed you, I made arrangements to be home all day was waiting for them never showed up, they even text me my tech has arrived, I went to my front door and nothing, then got a text saying I have to reschedule? This is ridiculous your company has gone down hill in the last few years, not that you care. Tell me what you will do to make this right!
