Comcast’s Liars!

So, I was on a month to month payment once my contract expired. I had a top of the line plan with internet and phone. Was paying over $300 monthly. Was told once from a rep that the plan I had would cost over $500 a month these days. So, a week ago my WiFi started dropping, then tv channels went missing or wouldn’t change. Talked to agents over a dozen times to fix issues. Never did! Today, I was told there was a new, cheaper, plan that had the EXACT same channels and internet speed that would save me $30 a month. I specifically asked if everything on the new plan was included the same as the old plan. Was assured by [Edited: "Inflammatory"] that it was. Well, after agreeing to the change. I find out half my channels are gone and my net speed is lower!!! I’m cancelling everything today and going another route. To be lied to right to your face is disgusting business! This only goes to prove the issues I was having was nothing more than a setup to lure me into losing my old plan as [Edited: "Inflammatory"] was losing too much money on me! I’m also going to report this to the FTC for investigation! This is why Comcast is so despised! I’m done with you! Been a subscriber going back to 1976 when it was Dymanic Cable! Good riddance liars!

I ditch cable a long time ago, and my internet speed is 2300 , upload 355, and i bought a vizio tv tv for under 300, so no more cable i have my own channels now and they gave me a xumo stream box for even more channels for free. All we pay is $153 a month. so if you have cable, get rid of it, its getting way too expensive.

comcast hasn't had any good deals , good promotion deals in about 3-4 years, so getting rid of cable was our best choice to save money.
