Chatted with 7 agents, only 1 actually tried to help
We've now chatted with 7 different agents now over two days regarding our home phone not being able to receive calls, but otherwise working fine. Only one of them (the 3rd or 4th person) actually went through troubleshooting and suggested initiating a provision, but as she was starting, the chat got disconnected (like it did with all the other agents). Every other agent, including the very first one we chatted with, immediately suggested sending over a technician with one saying the first available appointment is on the 27th.
Needless to say, our customer service experience has been pretty frustrating (and we've had no problems with customer service before). AND we still can't receive phone calls.
