change plan to 5 year plan

i had a one year plan which was around 50 a month. the year is over and my bill went up 30 dollars which is not affordable anymore. is there anyway i can change my account to a 5 year plan?

While we would not be able to change any terms that applied to a previous promotion you had on your services, you can definitely review what promotions may be available on your account moving forward.  There are a few options available to do this.  

The Xfinity Plan Builder will typically show you what offers are available on your account, or you can check for available promotions within the Xfinity App.

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
