Change Channel Lineup

I'm trying to downgrade my service and reduce my monthly charge. 

All i want to do is change my channel lineup.  How difficult can that be?????  

In the end, I'm asked how I would like to install.  I don't need to install any equipment! All I want to do is change my channel lineup.. Why does Xfinity make this complicated???

Directv/Dish, all you had to do was get online and change problem! This is a nightmare.
