cancel

It's absolutely unconscionable that Comcast/Xfinity does not allow me to submit a cancellation request online.

Instead, it takes countless minutes searching the site to even find a way to request cancellation, which is a chatbot that pretends not to understand the request. The only option is to request a call, which is supposed to happen within "15 minutes" but doesn't.

They think that this will discourage people from canceling. But all it does is [Edited: "Language"] people off.

I am one of those now-very-[Edited: "Language"] *former* customers (that is, if they ever actually call me).
