Cable Bury Request
I signed up for 1GB speed internet over two weeks ago. The technician that came out told me that they would need to dig a trench and bury the cable line. He said it would take about two weeks for a crew to come out and install the line. It has been almost three weeks now and still nothing. Every time I contact support, they throw another technician at me who tells me the same thing. Any ideas on what to do to get a crew out here to install the line? I work from home and am getting desperate.
