bundle setup kit

On Dec 17th I ordered a triple bundle with a DIY setup kit.  The order was confirmed and I got a message stating the kit would be mailed, along with a tracking number email, and I would get it in 5 - 7 business day.   I have yet to get any email or hear back on the setup kit.  is there a delay for some reason and how long it might be.   Thanks for your help.
