Bill increase $5.00 why?
My bill increased $5.00 since last month. There were no changes to the Xfinity service.
I attempted to call but the automated assistant will only say that my bill increased $5.00.
I am aware it increased $5.00, the unanswered auto assistant will not tell me WHY it increased.
Due to the COVID pandemic, it seems that Xfinity cannot be accessed via telephone call.
How can I figure out why it increased or am I just supposed to pay it and assume it's all in good faith?
