Bad customer service

I paid for a security package. Technician came late 3 hours, didnt finished install, told  me next day sunday,  waited for him, no show. Same monday.

i reach out to customer service, the worst i ever experienced, they dont care. No solve at all. [Edited: "Soliciting"], they just sell you at the store, but once you are attached to them, they dont care. Now they said i have to drive and return the equipment if im not satisfied. Waste my time and gasoline.

I want to add something else, . Told them i needed this matter to be resolved today , if it not, inwould cancel the service, they told me to bring back the equipment if i wasnt satisfied , so i have to pay somebody to take half the equipment installed, the drilling they did, and everything else and bring it back to this guys(store). Getting them cost me more than having the other company. I asked for a supervisor, they told me i had to wait 48 hours for one, can you believe that [Edited: Language].[Edited: "Soliciting"]
