Account not connected to email
I just received an email that Comcast is moving to paperless billing in February. My email account is not connected to my current account (I moved a year ago and kept my email address, but my name is on a different account). How will I receive the paperless bill via email if the account connected to my email has been closed for over a year? Can I still receive paper bills after February? I'm ok with the clutter. Thank you!
