A roadmap of Cable wires on my house

I recently bought our home & have discovered that there are over 6 lines of cable wires on our home. I reached out to customer service and was told technicians do not remove cable that has been installed. The burden is on the homeowner. This seems unacceptable to me and wonders if it’s possible to have someone come out & help me figure out which lines can be removed. The wires look very unprofessionally installed. It’s an eyesore!
thanks.

Hi, @ajdoheny1! Congratulations on your new home! I can imagine what an eyesore a bunch of cables must be, especially in a new home. In some instances the cables for our services are installed by our technicians, but not always. Since the cables are part of your home we wouldn't be able to remove them or give advice on what needs to be removed. We recommend reaching out to an electrician to get an expert opinion. Please reach out if you need assistance with anything else!

Thank you, Bianca, for your response. The issue here is the location of the distribution box. It needs to be relocated as I am doing some construction in that area. Is it possible to get a tech to move the distribution box? Thanks!
