$200 Amazon gift card promise

Hi all! I was wondering how anyone got the $200 Amazon gift card promised with the plans. I think when I spoke to an agent I was told I was getting the $200 after 90 days if I paid the payments on time and I was never sent the gift card. Can anyone let me know what you all did to get it?

Thanks for posting on our Xfinity Community Forums page, @user_4ccv9v. For pre-paid gift card offers generally, customers are required to:

  • Subscribe to a qualifying plan.
  • Install/activate services within 30 days of the order date.
  • Maintain the same level of service from the eligible offer (no changes or disconnects) for 90 days from the service installation/activation date
  • Be in good standing for 90 days.

You can check the status of the pre-paid card on the Xfinity Incentive Tracker. Let us know if that helps.

I used it to look up my account and I put in all my numbers and it literally just did not work.
