I can’t put on certain channels. Some channels keep freezing and are super pixilated. This has been happening for weeks. I have reset my modem and it doesn’t fix the issue.

Hey @user_bus2fe ! Having a look on the interwebs, I came across this article that might help: XRE-03059
I know you said you restarted your modem, but this article says to restart or unplug your TV box for 2 minutes then plug it back in. I hope this helps!
