TiVo Bolt v58 error all channels

My TiVo Bolt has been working great for 3 years.  Suddenly yesterday afternoon I get channel not authorized v58 error on all channels.  My account is paid up to date, and my wife and I have called 5 times for support, including the cablecard support line, only to be hung up on when being transferred.  Can someone please assist??

After many calls and repeating the same information to multiple people, we eventually  were told to go to the xfinity store and get a new cablecard.  After installing and calling up to get it paired and restarting the TiVo it now works again.  The process was not painless but at least things are working again for the time being.  Not sure why a cablecard would spontaneously stop working after years of working fine, but glad we’re working again.
