Pixelated tv

For a few weeks now , most DVR recordings are pixelated and the Comcast box is not responding to the buttons on the remote. I have changed the batteries several times, rebooted the  box and checked the wires, nothing was touched or changed to have caused this. As much money as I pay monthly, I should start deducting it from my monthly bill as I am not getting the service I pay for. I see I’m not the only one with this problem and I’m not seeing any solution or answers as to why it’s happening.

Here are detailed steps to direct message us:  

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary 

 • Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page) 

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 

 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
