Peacock Premium Reward Not Showing

I had Peacock Premium when we were subscribed to 1000gb internet. Now that I've downgraded to 800gb, we no longer have Peacock Premium. I am a Platinum Xfinity Rewards member and according to this site (https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/peacock-premium-offers), I should be able to use the reward to get Peacock Premium. I don't have the reward. I've chatted with someone online who said I should be eligible and to call. I called and they told me I can't use the reward b/c I don't have 1000gb. The only requirements per (https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/peacock-premium-offers) is Diamond/Platinum status and Xfinity Internet which I have.

Hello lulubelle05 thank you so much for taking the time to reach us here via our Xfinity Forums and bring your concerns with Peacock Premium to light.  There are multiple ways that customers can gain access to the Free Peacock Premium benefit, and it sounds like you qualified under 2 of them. The Gigabit tier of service is likely what you originally signed up under when activating Peacock Premium,  and when you downgraded, this may have been interrupted. Can you try and go through this Peacock Activation Process for me, and let me know how far you can get, and if you see any error messages or codes come through? This will give us better idea of where the issue lies.
