NHL Center ice subscription stopped working today

Been a center ice subscriber for over five years and none of the Channels work tonight 

they all worked Monday

I am having the same problems as described as others.  Service has been spotty, sometimes it works and other times it doesn't.  It was totally out a week ago and I called.  After several troubleshooting attempts, I was told they were working on it and the next morning it seemed ok.  This weekend however I couldn't watch either the Islanders (3085) or the Rangers (3086).  Error message said the system couldn't connect and they were working on it.  Error code XRE-03137.  However I was able to watch games on other channels.  Is this related to Comcast no longer having an agreement with MSG?  If so I think they need to tell us straight out and offer refunds/credits.  If not, they need to fix the problems.  It's been going on for far too long!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree completely.  I'm not sure what MSG is, but I notice these channels all have the Bally Sports logo on them, so maybe next year, that will be our option if Comcast doesn't correct this asap.  Occasionally, we can get a game on the opposite teams channel, but usually not, they are both unavailable with the same error code that you are getting.  Somewhere, the powers that be in the cable world, are messing things up.  And personally, I do not want to watch a hockey game streaming on a phone, tablet or a computer.  I paid to watch it on my tv, so...  We do have options possibly down the road.  Washington State has consumer laws regarding cable companies here, so we'll see what happens and if Comcast can correct this situation.  Some issues are limited by agreement.

Barely working again tonight at all. Only one feed is working out of 6 right now. Getting the XRE 03121 error when it seems like the channel is going to come on.  This is ridiculous.  I have had issues since the start of the season.  Every night there is at least one or more feeds that do not work. I did not get Center Ice just to watch on a tablet.  A small billing credit is not a solution to this problem.

I have not had an issue until tonight, I can log in via the app and it works, but will not work on the cable box connected to the tv, I get error XRE-03121 selecting any NHL center ice channel.

Having issues tonight. For as long as this has been going on, why isn’t it resolved yet? Let’s get this fixed Comcast, instead of continuing to say you’re working on it. This should not take weeks to resolve!!

I am trying to watch Washington at Detroit on Thursday, November 3. It is not coming in on either channel. It's ridiculous that I pay for a service and it doesn't work. And I found another game that is not coming in either.

This is the third time this year this XREx03121 code happens. Also happen last year. Wish I know it was a cross the system issue before sitting on the phone for a hour with customer service tonight with no help.

Well Comcast, you've basically stolen the pucks and ran off with them and you apparently don't care about your customers or want to admit to what the problem is.  Comcast you need to own up to your end of the bargain one way or another.

All of our channels are out tonight too, Thursday, November 3, 2022.

Hubby is not happy!!!!!! Error code XRE-03121. Cannot access Center Ice on any TV in the house. He needs his hockey!!!

Got the same error code as everyone else. I’m getting close to just canceling Comcast as a whole and just paying the [Edited: "Language"] cancellation fee. There are so many other services out there that offer the channels that I’m at least looking for. Resetting this [Edited: "Language"] box every two seconds to try to get my hockey games it just driving me crazy. I thought that going back to cable was the right move but clearly it’s not. I’m going back to DirecTV stream.

Well, enough is enough isn't it? I just cancelled my Center Ice subscription because of the terrible service provided. I subscribed a couple of weeks ago, not at all happy with the service. Looking at Hulu bundles with ESPN+ . Good luck everyone, on the thread or just finding the discussion.

Over last night and this morning spent over 4 hours on the phone only to find out that it's an Xfinity problem!!!!!  Was told about 30 minutes ago they should have it working in about 2 hour, not holding my breath!!!

@user_a3e352​  I went through the same routine weeks ago when I first started having trouble.  They told me then it was a system wide Xfinity problem and would be soon fixed.  Guess they were wrong….or clueless…or lying?
