NBC Sports Philly 4K?

Please don't give me a generic response. I'd like to hear a timeline. Comcast which is founded in Philly should have NBCSPhilly in 4k by now. Comcast seems to be experimenting in Chicago (i guess because its a bigger market) but when can the Philly market get Phillies, Flyers and Sixers home games in 4k? The fact I'm paying as much as I did for PRISM (14 regional sports fee, PRISM was 15) and the channel is really only good for games and a few select shows is beyond me. PRISM at least gave me movies when sports werent on. At least give me Phillies games in 4k since they have a minority stock in it.

When can we expect NBC Sports Philly in 4K?
