I am receiving error code TVAPP-00200 when attempting to watch weather channel. Any suggestions?

Yes and yes. No cable box but we have restarted “tower”

I’m receiving the same error code. It occurs on all channels on the app. I have a smart TV. I have not reset the modem because I am nit having any other xfinity issues. I can use the xfinity app on my iPad and my iPhone.
