Epix Disappeared from My Subscription
I have had Epix for years. My bill says I have Epix, but my cable box says I need to pay extra! Why did it disappear from my channels? Has it been replaced with anything? Will my bill decrease with having less channels?

We returned 2 cable boxes directly to the store. Instead of crediting our account to pay for 2 less boxes, they changed our programming to a lesser package with 185 channels instead of the Digital Preferred 220+ channels package including Epix channels for no extra cost which was grandfathered in since we have been customers for over 20 years.
Now they are telling me I just have to deal with their mistakes since they can't change it back.
Plus they are not lowering my bill for the 2 boxes returned directly to the store!
I am frustrated and don't know how to contact someone who actually understands and cares.
