Xfinity On Demand $5.99 Coupon

I received a coupon in the mail about a month ago to "Take $5.99 off your next Xfinity On Demand movie rental or purchase. Or simply use it as a credit towards your Xfinity bill." To redeem, it says to visit my.xfinity.com/coupon and follow the easy on-screen steps to activate the coupon. When I got to that site, I am asked for a 16 digit code to activate the coupon. The problem is there is no 16 digit code on the physical coupon. I called customer service and they suggested I use my 16 digit account number. That was an invalid input. Anyone else have this problem, and how did you get around it? Another issue is that it expires TODAY so help ASAP would be GREATLY appreciated!
Thank you!

Unfortunately, it took me to exactly the spot I was before, asking for the 16 digit code. Thanks for trying, anyway.

@Imdavinman, we're sorry about the trouble. We will continue to look for the answer but in the meantime, if you can send a private message with your name and service address we can apply a credit to make up for the coupon issue. If you have never sent us a PM this link can come in handy. The "Private Messenger" section at the bottom is a good reference. https://comca.st/2YRJerX
