Receiving promised credit

I have chatted with Live Agents 3 times over the past week where I was promised a one month credit and that I needed to wait 24-48 hours to receive it on my account- 7 days later still nothing, how/when to get his resolved? In one of my chats, I had someone at the end of one of my chats called "simon" attempt to scam be into giving him my IMEI information to provide me a mobile account after saying no 5+times...Does anyone at Xfinity tell the truth???

Time is valuable, and I want to be sure to get you the information needed regarding the credit to your account. Have you tried calling or texting our Xfinity Mobile Sales and Service team at 1-888-936-4968? I see you have mostly been using chat.

user_fi7tp4 Gotcha! That is a bit different. You should have received an email confirmation on the adjustment that was made to your account. Sometimes those type of adjustments won't reflect until your next statement. I'm happy to take at your account to confirm the adjustments have been made. To get started, can you please send a Direct Message with your name, the name on your account, and the service address?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
