Promotion ended - now they want to charge me $17.71/month more. I was willing to do 12-month contract, and they said nothing was available.

I wanted to keep the promotion I had, but it expired. I was willing to do a 12-month contract, but the new rate was 17.71 higher... I don't understand why it's so hard for existing customers... Please assist. I can't afford to pay $20 more. When I tried to look everything up online, the system says, "Sorry, you must speak to a representative." So you can never even see what deals are really available... Can someone please assist me? I can't afford a $20 hike in my bill...

If anyone else finds this thread, make sure you don’t message the support team per the above instructions even though you have the same issue. All I received was a rude message warning me that I broke the rules and was at risk of getting banned from the forum. Unreal.
