new mover discount not reflected on the bill
I just signed up for Xfinity for the new house I'm moving to. I received a Xfinity discount program (various package options) for new customers through US Post Service (when I sumit a change of address), and I selected a package which I believe is $10 cheaper than the normal one -- $60 instead of $70. But when I received the confirmation, the charge said $70.
How can I get the discount package rate?
