Need payment extension due to covid 19

I need a payment extension to pay the $90 past due. I scheduled a payment for the 27th but my services are still off. I really need my wifi for school and work.

Apologies for the issue and the experience that you described above.  Thanks for your recent payment. 


As a courtesy, we have credited back any late charges and reactivation fees incurred over the past 24 months. There is currently no balance due on the account.  


Those credits will post overnight and will be available to view in My Account.
