Need extension on bill

Hello, I am unable to pay my bill on December 10. I selected a scheduled payment date for December 31. Will I still have to pay any late fees? This will be my first time being unable to make a payment on time due to Covid-19. Is there any assistance you can provide me as a loyal customer?
