Mobile account issues
This is going to be a long thread. About a month ago I started receiving texts saying I have a dues balance that has been sent to collection. I noticed that my mobile account was also disconnected. I called in to see what was the problem and they said they had to pen new accounts with a different number and then within 24 hours the account would be back to normal. That hasn't happened. I have opened to different tickets to get my mobile numbers that currently still work back onto my account and delete these "new" numbers. Yesterday I got a call saying I had an outstanding balance of 50 dollars and I paid that and told the guy that my account is still showing the incorrect numbers. He said he would make a note to fix the issue. And then today I received email. That I owe 205 dollars and that if I don't pay before may 31st then I will loose my numbers and account. I try to pay the bill and it won't let me pay it. Keeps coming up with error. My credit cards are fine and there is no issue there so the problem is with Xfinity. I also sign in with both my email and my wife's email/phone number and there is no record of this bill being due. PLEASE HELP ME FIX THIS ISSUE BEFORE I LOOSE MY NUMBERS.

Make sure you’re logged into the forums.
