Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

I called the customer assistance number and told them I had a situation.

I needed a couple of days.

I officially posted my promise.

I made good on the promise yesterday afternoon.

Everything is Allright now.
