Help please!

Our payment did not go through because we didn’t get the stimulus as soon as we thought. We have confirmation it will be deposited today. If you need the email I can send it. Is there any COVID exception that can be made to restore the services even if it’s 24Hrs. My child just needs to finish school today and know we will have the money.I can pay what little we have now just to show good faith.
