Cancelling Cable TV

My bill is too high due too charging more each year of service, charging me late fees on the 1 time $14.99, which is EVERY MONTH. NO REFUND Given. ARRANGED THE 3RD OF EACH MONTH WHEN I SIGNED UP. "NO" RETRO REFUND "Received", AS OF YET! CABLE LINE HAS MANY ERRORS. SINCE SOMEONE IN BUILDING IS ATTACHED TOO MY LINE, AND TELEVISION TOO SLOW
