Horrible no help at all my account was suspended and I try to pay the account and it was applied to the wrong account and then the credit was applied to the wrong bill and no help getting my account back on I'm so frustrated with xfinity and I've been with them for two years and one of the accounts was supposed to be closed a year ago no help not to mention that for one month I had outages everyday for a whole month
