I’m happy to help guide you through updating the payment method for AutoPay and appreciate you taking the time to connect with us. You can set up automatic monthly payments using your checking account, savings account, or a credit/debit card. AutoPay can be updated any time directly through the Xfinity app. Here’s how to do it:


Sign into the Xfinity app. (Only Primary or Manager users can manage automatic payments.)
Tap Manage Billing.
Under Total balance, select Bill settings.
Tap the Autopay box (it shows On if enabled).
Tap Manage Autopay.

From this screen, you can Turn Off automatic payments or Update Payment Method.

Enter your payment details and agree to the Automatic Payments Terms & Conditions, then tap Set up.
If you’re adding a new bank account or credit/debit card, you’ll be asked to confirm your identity by entering a six‑digit code sent to your trusted contact method.

Once completed, you’ll receive a confirmation message letting you know everything is set.
