Billing

I currently have the Ultimate TV package at a cost of $133.85. I receive only 20 hrs of DVR storage and a charge of $14 for TV box. Should the charge of the TV box and more storage be included with my package.

Hello @user_171b41 Thanks for reaching out. If that is what you are seeing for your current plan then it sounds like you are on an older grandfathered deal. New plans do include the first box free and 150+ hours or more depending on the deal. But we would need to look at the account for more specifics on deals and pricing because some grandfathered plans may still be the cheaper option.

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
