Down over approximately 28 days with pixelation issues on all my tvs

Maintenance finally fixed I guess not happening now I expect a  credit and not $5

This issue finally got resolved on 11/6 or 11/7.Comast says there were no outages because of signal to home and did not recognize pixelation!!II met maintenance mgr who said there pixelation issues in other neighborhoods.I am asking for a credit!!Thank you
