Billing

Last year I closed my account and went into a store to pay the bill and they told me I was unable to use a card to pay and needed to use cash which I didn’t have I said that isn’t right and then the worker told me well you’ll just go to collections then not our problem… I’ve been waiting for a paper or email bill to pay but have never gotten one now I see a collection has been hit on my credit which isn’t right if I’ve never gotten a bill, it says it’s Sunrise debt I tried to go login but I don’t even have a account number to use! I think this is very poor customer service and disappointed.

Thanks for reaching out to us, You can pay your Xfinity bill online through Xfinity.com, the Xfinity app, by phone, in person at an Xfinity Retail Store, or at a Western Union Quick Collect location.

If the debt is not paid within 60 days of cancellation, then it is turned over to a third party collection agency to try and collect that final debt.

So you can either go through the collection company to pay that debt or go through Xfinity from one of the options I listed above to pay your final bill
