Bill

I was quoted 39.99 for autopay internet and my bill still reads 49.99 even after setting up autopay. Also we needed to use your modem as ours had outdated we are now replacing yours with our new one. Where do I need to return your modem so that I do not get charged a rental fee?

That being said above, we have credited your account $20 for two months of this discount before it automatically kicks in after 45 days.

Thanks for your patience.

Adding local store information below for equipment return. Another option is to drop it off at any UPS Store. They will box and ship it back to us at no charge to you. No label required.

Autopay doesn't kick in until the 3rd month or 45 days.

You can return your rental modem at any Comcast store or you can take it to UPS to be returned.  Make sure you get a receipt that shows the model and the serial number and hang on to it in case you need it for future reference.
