Thank you for reaching out to us @user_4uawqj! Are you able to load a PDF of your previous bill using our app or website?
Page 3 of the monthly statements should show an itemized breakdown of each service. In the “My Xfinity Plan” section the green font will show promotional and contracted discounts as well as the date they expire. If a promotion recently expired, it may not appear on the newest bill, so we will want to check previous bills before the increase occurred.
